Line Voltage Connection
The HP Component Central Monitor uses a three-wire power cable, if a three-wire receptacle is
not available please consult the hospital electrician to ensure proper grounding.
Line Voltage
The HP Component Central Monitor may be operated on ac line voltage ranges of 9OV to
132V and 180V to 264V, at 5OHz or 60Hz. The voltage is selected automatically by the
switched-mode power supply. The fuse values for the system are dependent upon the line
voltage and type of display used, as detailed in the following table:

Power Connections
The basic HP Component Central Monitor has only one power connector, which is located on
the Master Display module. The Master Display supplies power to the computer module which
in turn supplies the recorder modules Each slave display module added to the basic system
will have its own power connector.
