Servicing the Display Module
'Ib Remove the Switch-Mode Power Supply (M1092ALM1094A)
Note
This procedure applies only to the M1092A and M1094A displays.
The procedure for removing the switch-mode power supply (SMPS) is described in the following
steps.

Remove the power connector (red and black wires) for the human interface from
the top of the SMPS.
Using a cross-tipped screwdriver, remove the two screws from the outside of the
display's left panel. These screws secure the SMPS to the display module.
Carefully slide the SMPS toward the far end of the display to access the
connectors on the rear of the SMPS.
If you think of the four connectors as being numbered 1 for the top to 4 for the
bottom then, remove connectors 1 and 3 by simply pulling them out, remove
connectors 2 and 4 by pressing the two flaps either side of the cable-end connector
and pull out, spring the locking flap of the SMPS connector to allow the connector
to be removed.
Lift the SMPS clear of the display module.
