If the user file (in two-port Touchstone data format) is defined in a normalized impedance
other than the 50 W system, data is automatically converted into the 50 W system when the
E5070A/E5071A receives the file.
For a network defined in the user file, it is assumed that port 1 is connected to the test port
and port 2 is connected to the DUT.
