CHSTPE—Check Stop Enable
0 = Debug mode entry is disabled.
1 = Debug mode entry is enabled (reset value).
MCIE—Machine Check Interrupt Enable
0 = Debug mode entry is disabled (reset value).
1 = Debug mode entry is enabled.
EXTIE—External Interrupt Enable
0 = Debug mode entry is disabled (reset value).
1 = Debug mode entry is enabled.
ALIE—Alignment Interrupt Enable

PRIE—Program Interrupt Enable
