10 Remove the USB key from the PC workstation.
11 Insert the USB key in any USB port of the RealPresence Collaboration Server.
12 Turn off the Collaboration Server, then turn it On.
13 Start the Collaboration Server Web Client application on the workstation.

The software file is displayed in the Select the path where the downloaded version is located
box.
Click Add.
This step may take a few minutes.
The version is added to the Selected Version dropdown box.
Make sure the correct version is selected in the Selected Version dropdown box and click
OK.
This step may take up to ten minutes.
a In the browser's address line, enter the IP address of the Control Unit in the
following format:
http://<Control Unit IP Address>.
