Server 800s/Virtual Edition Getting Started Guide The Polycom® RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s/Virtual Edition Getting Started Guide provides information on the installation and basic operation of your RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s/Virtual Edition Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) for video conferencing. This guide will help you understand the Polycom video conferencing components, and provides a description of basic conferencing operations.

The Continuous Presence (CP) conference enables viewing flexibility by offering multiple viewing options and video cell layouts for video conferencing. AVC-based Video Resolutions The resolution in which participants connect to the conference is determined by system according to their connection line rate and the endpoint’s capabilities.
