When the Collaboration Server backs up the current configuration, if any changes occur
immediately or during the request, then additional changes are not registered.

The Backup Configuration dialog box opens.
Click the Browse button.
The Browse To File dialog box opens.
Select the Backup Directory Path and then click Backup.
On the Windows taskbar, click the Start > Programs.
If the VMware vSphere Client is displayed in the recently used programs list, click
a
VMware vSphere Client in the list to start the application.
or
Select All Programs > VMware > VMware vSphere Client.

The VMware vSphere Client login window is displayed.
In the IP address / Name field, enter the IP Address or the name of the vSphere host.
Either type your vSphere User Name and Password or select Use Windows sessions
credentials.
Click Login.
