The following prompt will print:
HOLD ID (###)?
Enter the three digit code ID that you want to place on Hold (you must enter
any leading zeros) or press the CL key if you are finished placing User
codes on Hold. When you have entered a valid code ID number,
confirmation of the change will print and the above prompt will reprint.

Restoring User Codes

Programming Code Required:
Master Code, or
Submaster Code with menu privilege 2-CODES
To Restore User codes from Hold status to active status, select 2-CODES
from the Main Menu:
