allowed access if any of the groups it belongs to is enabled and
unsupervised.
Supervisors can also be assigned group membership outside of their home
group. However, a Supervisor's authority to set a group's supervision
level does not extend beyond its home group. When a Supervisor code
has multiple group membership, and the System's access level is at Code
Required, then that Supervisor code will allow access if any of the groups it
belongs to are enabled.
