Command introduced in Junos OS Release 9.0 for EX Series switches.
(Encryption interface on M Series and T Series routers and EX series switches only)
Manually switch from the primary to the backup encryption services interface, or switch
from the primary to the backup IP Security (IPsec) tunnel.
