Assign a power priority to the specified line card slot on an EX8200 switch.
All line card slots are initially assigned the lowest priority.
priority —Assigned power priority for the slot, with 0 being the highest priority.
Range: 0 through 7 for an EX8208 switch; 0 through 15 for an EX8216 switch
