Enter descriptive name for calculated concentration result (for example, "MTT
Assay") and use adjacent drop down list to select appropriate unit. Result
name appears as column heading for reported concentration value.
Select spectral range in which method will acquire data.
Available options:
• Ultra-violet only (190 nm - 350 nm)
• Visible only (350 nm - 850 nm)
• Ultra-violet and visible (190 nm - 850 nm)
• Custom (specify starting and ending point in nanometers)
Notes:
• If a
Baseline correction
make sure your selected spectral range includes your specified baseline
correction and/or analysis correction wavelength.
• For micro-volume absorbance measurements and measurements taken
with nonstandard (other than 10 mm) cuvettes, the spectra are normal-
ized to a 10 mm pathlength equivalent.
