Setting
Description
Curve Type
Specify type of equation used to create standard curve from standard concentration
values. Available options:
Replicates
Enter number of measurements of the reference or the same standard or sample
that are averaged together to produce its associated concentration value.
Note: Replicates setting cannot be changed after the first standard has been
measured.
Standards
Enter actual concentration value of each standard.
Note: Concentration values can be entered in any order but the standards must be
measured in the order in which they were entered.
If you also want to enter previously measured absorbance values for the standards,
select this check box:
and then enter absorbance values for all the standards.
