• The fastening screw of the belt pulley must always be replaced.
Location
Initial tightening of connecting−rod screws
Final tightening of connecting−rod screws
Oil pump on crankcase half
Crankcase bolts (through bolts)
Hexagon nuts or hexagon−head bolts on crankcase
Belt pulley on crankshaft
Flywheel on crankshaft
Drive plate on crankshaft (Tiptronic)
Drive plate on converter (Tiptronic)
Plugs of pressure relief valve on crankcase
Oil drain plug on crankcase
Screwed socket in crankcase
Plug on crankcase half at upper right (former oil pressure sensor
mounting location)
Driver of exhaust turbocharger oil extraction pump on intermediate
shaft

• The axial camshaft adjuster central screws (inlet camshaft) and sprocket wheel (exhaust camshaft)
must always be replaced.
