Cylinder head nut (coat thread and sealing
surface of the nuts with engine oil)
Camshaft housing (thread and sealing surface
of screw head are lightly oiled)
Camshaft bearing cap on camshaft housing
Oil guide housing (screws microencapsulated −
replace)

Central screw for axial camshaft adjuster on the
inlet camshaft; before tightening, the adjuster
must be positioned to the left−hand stop
Sprocket wheel central screw on the exhaust
camshaft (internal serration)
Guide/tensioning rail on crankcase
Camshaft housing cover on camshaft housing,
left /right
Oil extraction pump on camshaft housing
Control valve for axial camshaft adjuster
Holder for valve lift adjustment control valve
Water pump bracket and engine carrier on
crankcase
Screw plug for exhaust turbocharger extraction
pumps
Screwed socket for exhaust turbocharger return
line
Oil drain plug on oil container − exhaust
