Use these switches for automatic configuration or definition of the last octet of
a static (Class C) IP address.
Setting Description
000 Automatic address assignment (default)
001...254 Static IP address setting (for example, 192.168.1.xxx
255...887 Automatic address assignment
888 Out-of-box reset
When set, after power-up, the module immediately executes an out-of-box reset. See
Resetting the Module on page 241
889...999 Automatic address assignment
To adjust the rotary switches, use a small screwdriver.
