Time Slot 1 * 0...255
Time Slot 2 0...255
Time Slot 3* 0...255
*Multiplexing is allowed only in channel pairs (0 and 1, 2 and 3). Time Slot 1
always equals Time Slot 0 and Time Slot 3 always equals Time Slot 2.
