The white overlay on various types of positions indicates that the plots, regions, and gates are
replicated for each position in the panel. In multipanel experiments, the white overlay appears only on
the positions for the current panel.
Reviewing the Run List
After you have applied the settings for all of the samples included in the experiment and selected the
workspace type, review the run list.
Important:
After configuring settings in the Plate Setup panel, examine the expanded Run List
panel to ensure that each sample position has been configured as needed.
To review the run list and go to experiment settings

To display the Run List panel, click the Expand button in the upper right corner of the Sample
Naming panel.
