Decrease the trigger channel
voltage until data start to
appear in the threshold plot.
Then, adjust the trigger
voltage and threshold value
until data appear as expected
in the trigger channel plot in
the workspace. See

Ensure single peak
QC Beads are being used.
ProLine™ Rainbow Beads or
ProLine™ Universal
Calibration Beads do not
fluoresce in certain channels,
especially for the UV and
violet lasers.
