Possible causes
Poor sample preparation
Dirty or clogged flow cell
Air in system
Dirty optical filters
Improper laser delay
Beads have gone bad or expired
Troubleshooting steps
Prepare a new sample.
Follow these steps, testing
after each to determine
whether the problem has
been resolved:
1. Run the unclog process.

2. Run the cleaning process.

3. Run the Decontamination
wizard. See

If these steps do not resolve
the issue, contact Bio-Rad

run a stat tube filled with at
least 500 µl DI water.
