Empty the waste and refill DI water bottles as

Ensure that the filter on the DI water uptake
line falls into the lower corner of the bottle on
the side away from the cap. Refer to the
figures in
Replacing Sheath Bottles on page
146.
Troubleshooting steps
Wait for the process to complete.
Validate that everything has been properly
selected when setting up a run list.
1. Stop the acquisition process.
2. Open the loader door (if it is not already
open).
3. Ensure that the sample tube rack or plate is
seated correctly.
4. Close the loader door.
5. Proceed with running the experiment.
