AC Current Gain and Flatness Calibration

This calibration procedure applies to the 34465A and 34470A only.

Configuration: AC Current
All AC calibration procedures use the 3 Hz bandwidth measurement filter.
1. Select each range in the order shown in the table below.
2. Apply each input current and frequency shown in the Input columns.
3. Enter the actual applied input current as the Cal Value (see
Step Succeeded message indicates success; if the display shows Calibration Step Failed, check the
input value, range, function, and entered calibration value and repeat the calibration step.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for each frequency shown in the table.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each current range in the table.
