Selects the secondary measurement function for AC voltage measurements.

"FREQuency" - The frequency measurement of the input signal.

"VOLTage[:DC]" - The DC voltage measurement of the input signal. Applies only when using the instru-

ment from the front panel. Setting is ignored for measurements made from a remote interface. If you
require both AC and DC voltage measurements from remote, program each function separately, see
CONFigure[:VOLTage]:{AC|DC}.

Specifies the integration time in seconds (called aperture time ) for dc voltage measurements.
Use this command for precise control of the DMM's integration time. Use NPLC (see
[SENSe:]VOLTage[:DC]:NPLC) for better power-line noise rejection characteristics
(NPLC > 1).
(Without the DIG option) 200 µs to 1 s (2 µs resolution), default: 100 ms. (With the DIG
option) 20 µs to 1 s (2 µs resolution), default: 100 ms.
Enable aperture time mode, set the aperture time to 300 ms:
