[SENSe:]DATA2 Subsystem
This subsystem retrieves or clears secondary measurements.
[SENSe:]DATA2?
Retrieves the secondary measurement.
Parameter
(none)
Configure DC voltage measurements using the 10 V range with 1 mV resolution. Select peak-to-peak as the
secondary measurement. Make and retrieve measurements.
CONF:VOLT:DC 10,0.001
VOLT:DC:SEC "PTP"

Typical Response: -1.84694879E-03;-2.23115575E-03,+5.98403324E-04,+2.82955909E-03 (Data
returned in this order: DCV reading, Min Peak, Max Peak, Peak-to-Peak)
Returns 1, 2, or 3 values depending on the active secondary measurement. For example, ratio returns
l
2 values (main and sense terminal measurements); PTPeak returns 3 values (minimum peak, maximum
peak, peak-to-peak).
If there is currently no valid secondary measurement specified, the query returns "9.91000000E+37"
l
(which is the IEEE488.2 definition of Not a Number - usually referred to as NaN ).
Configure secondary measurements using [SENSe:]CAPacitance:SECondary,
