3.2.10.4 ROTARY FRAME ASSY (PL7.2.2) Removal

1. Remove the FRONT COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.1.)
2. Remove the TOP COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.4.)
3. Remove the DRUM CARTRIDGE. (See Section 3.2.9.1.)
4. Remove the TENSION LEVER. (See Section 3.2.11.1.)
5. Remove the INNER COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.5/Section 3.2.5.6/
Section 3.2.5.7.)
6. Remove the REAR COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.8.)
7. Remove all Toner Cartridges. (See Section 3.2.10.1.)
8. Remove the FRONT COVER SWITCH L. (See Section 3.2.16.7.)
9. Remove all Developer assy'. (See Section 3.2.10.2.)
10. Remove the ROTARY SENSOR. (See Section 3.2.10.3.)
11. Remove the FUSER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.12.1.)
12. Remove the EXIT UPPER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.13.2.)
13. Remove the EXIT LOWER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.13.3.)
14. Remove the ROTARY MOTOR DRIVE PWB. (See Section 3.2.14.8.)
15. Remove the ROTARY MOTOR ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.7.)
16. Remove the DISPENSE CLUTCH ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.9.)
17. Remove the LVPS. (See Section 3.2.16.1.)
18. Remove the FUSER DRIVE ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.2.)
19. Remove the DEVE. CLUTCH ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.10.)
20. Remove the DEVE. TIE PLATE. (See Section 3.2.15.1.)
21. Remove the screw (black, w/collar, 8mm) securing the ROTARY KNOB
ASSY.
Disassembly/Assembly/Adjustment
22. Remove the ROTARY KNOB ASSY with a screwdriver, etc.
NOTE: The ROTARY FRAME ASSY is very heavy. Be careful not to drop or
touch other parts with the ROTARY FRAME ASSY while performing
the following.
