3.2.13.3 EXIT LOWER ASSY (PL10.1.1) Removal

1. Remove the TOP COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.4.)
2. Remove the REAR COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.8.)
3. Remove the EXIT UPPER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.13.2.)
NOTE: Connector (P/J163B) is not used in the following procedure for
printers without the full stack detection specification.
4. Remove clamp.
5. Remove the 2 connectors (P/J111B, P/J161B) of the EXIT LOWER ASSY.
6. Remove the 5 screws (black, w/collar, 8mm) securing the EXIT LOWER
ASSY. Lift and remove the EXIT LOWER ASSY.

3.2.13.4 EXIT-2 ROLL ASSY (PL10.2.5) Removal
1. Remove the TOP COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.4.)
2. Remove the REAR COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.8.)
3. Remove the EXIT UPPER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.13.2.)
4. Remove the EXIT LOWER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.13.3.)
5. Remove the 2 front/rear E-rings securing the EXIT-2 ROLL ASSY. Remove
the 2 SPUR GEARS, the EXIT FRONT BEARING, and EXIT REAR
BEARING.
6. Remove the EXIT-2 ROLL ASSY.
