Is the voltage between P/J22-14PIN <=> P/J22-16PIN as follows?

When transmitting (WASTE TONER BOX),

*TONER BOX HARNESS continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J88<=> P116?
*MAIN HARNESS ASSY continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J116 <=> J22?
