DEVE.CONTACT ASSY, ADC SENSOR ASSY, MCU PWB
*Engine and controller division check

Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed
normally with the engine alone?
*DEVE. CONTACT ASSY check
3 Is DEVE. CONTACT ASSY contact surface distorted?
Are there foreign matters on the DEVE. CONTACT ASSY contact surface?
*ADC Sensor surface check

Is there dirt or foreign matter on the surface of the ADC Sensor?
*ADC Sensor check
5 Is the ADC Sensor functioning properly?
• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Input Test device code "72".
*ADC Solenoid check
6 Is the ADC Solenoid functioning properly?
• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Output Test device code "67" .
*MCU PWB replacement check
7 Replace the MCU PWB.
Does the problem still occur?
