6.4 Regularly Replaced Parts Replacement

The Regularly Replaced part for this printer, AcuLaser C8500, is the
MAIN FUSER ASSY only. When you replace the MAIN FUSER ASSY,
see Chapter 3, "Section 3.2.12.2".
After replacing the MAIN FUSER ASSY, be sure to reset the relevant
counter in the Maintenance Menu.

6.5 Main After-Sales Parts Replacement

The Main After-Sales parts are as follows:
2ND BTR
IBT CLEANER
IBT BELT
DEVELOPER C
DEVELOPER M
DEVELOPER Y
DEVELOPER Bk
When you replace the parts above, refer to the relevant section in
Chapter 3.
After replacing any of these parts, be sure to reset the relevant counter
in the Maintenance Menu.
Chapter 6 Maintenance

6.6 Installation

This section provides a guideline in order to install the printer on its
place.
POWER
W A R N I N G
The printer must be connected singly by a power cable
to an electrical outlet capable of supplying power
greater than the maximum power consumption of the
printer.
GROUND
The printer must be properly and reliably connected to earth.
Be sure to connect to one of the following.
W A R N I N G
O Electrical outlet earth terminal
O Steel buried at least 650mm deep
O Tertiary earth terminal
Do not connect to the following as earth for the
printer.
X Gas piping
X Dedicated telephone earth
X Water pipe partially made of plastic
