Step
*Initial setting
• Remove all of the option units related to electricity and modules.

Bring everything back to a normal status.
• Check if all connectors are properly connected to the CONTROLLER PWB.
*DIMM check
• Insert the DIMM in the socket until it locks securely.
NOTE: Since the DIMM has the right direction to insert , make sure to insert it in

the correct direction.
• Check if the DIMM is available for this printer, AcuLaser C8500.
• Other than those above, replace the CONTROLLER PWB.
