Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed
normally with the engine alone?
*FUSER Motor check
3 Is the FUSER Motor functioning properly?
• Check by Digital Output Test device code "57" using DIAG tool.
*FUSER DRIVE ASSY mounting check

Is the FUSER DRIVE ASSY mounted properly?
*PROCESS DRIVE ASSY check
5 Is the PROCESS DRIVE ASSY functioning properly?
• Check by Digital Output Test device code "54" using DIAG tool.
*2ND BTR ASSY mounting check

Is the 2ND BTR ASSY mounted properly?
*BTR WHEEL SENSOR mounting check

Is the BTR WHEEL SENSOR mounted properly?
*BTR WHEEL SENSOR check
8 Is the BTR WHEEL SENSOR functioning properly?
• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Input Test device code "76" .
*BTR CAM CLUTCH check
9 Is the BTR CAM CLUTCH functioning properly?
• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Output Test device code "70" .
