Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed
normally with the engine alone?
*TEMP. SENSOR ASSY check

Does the problem occur as soon as the power is turned ON?
*H/R HEATER, P/R HEATER check

Do the H/R HEATER and P/R HEATER light when the FUSER ASSY is cold and the power is
turned ON?

Does the problem occur during the FUSER warm up?
*MAIN HARNESS ASSY check

Is there a proper conductivity between J21 <=> J33?
*LVPS check

Is the voltage between P21-3PIN <=> P21-2PIN 4.5VDC?
*HEATER ROD ON signal check
Is the voltage between P/J33-12PIN <=> P/J33-13PIN as follows?

The value is 0VDC during the FUSER warm-up.
The value changes from 0VDC to 5.5VDC when the warm-up is completed?
