If during the connection process, the StoreOnce System is rebooted.

If during the connection process, a StoreOnce System that still has this store connected read write has

come online after a period of being offline.

•

In the unlikely event that the StoreOnce System encountered an issue trying to Connect (Read Write)

or Connect (Read Only) to a Cloud Bank Storage store.

To resolve:

•

Check that the container/bucket still exists and has not been tampered with.

•

Delete the "Failed to connect" store and try again to connect. If the failure persists, contact HPE

support.

IMPORTANT: If the container/bucket has been deleted or tampered with, the data in this store might

be unrecoverable.

Cloud Bank store status is "Integrity"

The status is "Integrity" if an integrity issue has been detected. If the failure persists, contact HPE support.

Cloud Bank store status is "Logical Quota Reached" or "Physical Quota Reached"

produce warnings and alerts.

specification documented. However, it requires careful configuration.

There are many reasons why you may not see the performance you expected from your StoreOnce

System.

Your own network speed or disk access is not fast enough to allow streaming of data.

•

Your backup application is not optimized. For example, there are not enough backup streams

configured to achieve optimum performance.

•

Your StoreOnce System is not optimized for your network and application.
