5. Remove the Z home sensor.

Installing the Z home sensor

1. Align the Z home sensor with the mounting hole.
2. Reinstall the mounting screw with a 1/4" nut driver or standard screw-
driver.
3. Reconnect the Z home cable.
4. Close the chamber door.

Z EOT (End of Travel) Sensor

Removing the Z EOT sensor

1. Open the chamber door.
2. Raise the Z stage all of the way up.
3. Disconnect the Z EOT sensor cable by pressing in on the tab and pulling
outward. See Figure 282.
