1. Cycle Power at the Circuit Breaker.
2. Reseat the IDE cable, Verify red line is to the
right.
3. Reseat the connectors to the I/O Board.
4. Replace controller board.
5. Replace single board computer.
6. Replace hard drive.

2. Verify the Substrate Sensor is in the correct
position.
3. Reseat the I/O Board.
4. Reseat the controller/SBC.
