Parameters:
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Input number
Explanation:
An attempt has been made by means of the system variable $A_INA[n] to read an analog input n that has not been activated
by the MD10300 $MN_FASTIO_ANA_NUM_INPUTS.
Reaction:
Correction block is reorganized.
Interface signals are set.
Alarm display.
Remedy:
Please inform the authorized personnel/service department. Modify part program or machine data accordingly.

Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
