MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLE REAR CASE

Remove the transmission oil separator seal from the rear

Remove the oil receiver pipe from the rear case.

Remove the bolt and bearing lock plate from the rear

Using SST, remove the counter gear rear bearing.

Using SST, remove the 2 bearing outer races.

DISASSEMBLE FRONT CASE

Using snap ring pliers, remove the 2 snap rings.
