operation. The error messages and their description are listed below.
Explanation/Countermeasures
Contact your nearest YOKOGAWA dealer.
Check the setting.
The channel does not exist.
Incorrect communication parameter.
The entered character cannot be used.
Incorrect range mode (Volt, TC, Scale, etc.) setting.
Incorrect range type (2 V, R, PT100, etc.) setting.
Incorrect character string format.
Channels whose range differs cannot be set simultaneously.
Contains an invalid character.
Specify a channel whose range is set to voltage, TC, or RTD for
the reference channel.
Too many characters in the message printout including
measured/computed values.
Cannot enter a setting that exceeds the message string (16
characters).
This is not allowed.
This is not allowed.
Set the rightmost value of the zone – the leftmost value ≥ 5 mm.
Set the rightmost value of the zone – the leftmost value ≥ 5 mm.
Set the rightmost value of the zone – the leftmost value ≥ 5 mm.
Set the correction point (measured value) of the first point less
than that of the second point in the calibration correction.
Set the correction point (measured value) of the n–1
th
than or equal to that of the n
point in the calibration correction.
Set the correction value of the n–1
point in the calibration correction.
The DST start time and end time cannot be set to the same time.
Since the time gains one hour when the DST starts, the set-up
time does not exist.
Set a computation channel.
Enter the equation correctly.
