VA: Answered call with Call Waiting Caller ID (Visual Caller ID)
Cost
Shows the call charge.

Controls whether the outgoing trunk calls are shown. This
setting is common throughout the PBX. COS programming is
also required.

Controls whether the incoming trunk calls are shown.
