5. Check the drum surface potential sensor (DSPS) adjustment. Refer to Chapter 9,
"Board Adjustments," for the adjustment procedure.
6. Check the drum. Determine if it is worn or dirty. Also, run a print job and check
the print quality.
If the drum is not normal, replace the drum.
