Charge
This signal charges the power unit for the flash. Charging begins when this signal is
asserted, and ends when negated.
Flash
This signal lights the flash lamp. The flash lamp lights when this signal is asserted.
The relationship between the charge signal, flash signal, and charge voltage is as
follows:

Reset
This signal resets the alarm. The alarm is reset when this signal is asserted.
