Paper jam in the face–up or face–down paper path
1. When paper motion stops, wait 15 seconds and open the front cover.
Open/close button
2. Push the top and middle levers down. Pull the bottom lever up to raise the paper
guide. Remove any jammed paper. (Levers are numbered on a label inside the
printer, as shown below.)
3. Restore the top, middle, and bottom levers to their original positions, and close
the front cover.
