Cleaning the Developing Unit / Replacing Developer

Removing the developer should be performed only by an individual who has
received the appropriate training. Be careful not to damage sensors (K) while
cleaning the developing unit. (If damage occurs, contact your service
representative.)
Every 150,000 pages, the developing unit must be cleaned and the developer
replaced. Every 450,000 pages, the developing unit must be discarded and a new one
installed.
