07 – Scuff Lever Open (knob "C")
1. Ensure that the scuff roller lever is in the closed position, and that the paper is
engaged between the rollers.
2. Check the nip switch (NPSW).
a. Disconnect CN6 on the MPU board.
b. Measure the resistance between pin 19 and pin 20 of CN6 on the NPSW side
If resistance is not 0Ω, replace the nip switch.
3. Check the MPU board.
a. Insert CN6 on the MPU board.
b. Put the positive lead of the digital multimeter on pin 19 of CN6, and the
