Cut–sheet Paper Jams

Paper jam at the back of the paper cassette

1. Pull out the paper cassette.
2. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the cassette tray.
3. Pull the green lever up to lower the paper guide. Remove any jammed paper, and
return the green lever to its original position.
