Separator charger remote ON/OFF
This is the signal to turn the voltage (constant voltage /DC, AC constituent
superimposed folding) sent to the separator charger on or off. The output value of
this is variable between +200–500V (DC constituent), 10–12KVPP 500Hz (AC
constituent) by variable resistor (B type).
Cleaning bias remote ON/OFF
This on/off signal is for the bias voltage (–V2, –V1 constant voltage) printed to the
drum cleaner's semiconducting brush and recovery roller. The output value of this is
variable between –200–400V (–V/–V2 is 0.47 times of –V1), by variable resistor (B
type).
Developing bias remote ON/OFF
This on/off signal is for the voltage (constant voltage /DC, AC constituent
superimposed folding) printed to developing roller. The output value of the DC
constituent is variable between +200–600V by external input voltage (developing
bias control signal) 0–+12V, and AC constituent is variable between 1–2KVPP 2KHz
(AC constituent) by variable resistor (B type).
Developing bias control
This signal prints voltage to the developing roller, based on data obtained by the
controller.
Alarm
The alarm signal is output by open collector method, whenever an abnormality
occurs to any of the power supplies above (no–load or short circuit; however, in the
case of the drum cleaner, short circuit only).
Signal system ground
This is the standard level signal for the remote control signals above.
Drive power supply
This is the +24V drive power supply.
Drive system ground
This is the standard level signal for the drive power supply signals above.
