Confirming the Sleeve Motor Operation

Remove the developing unit when you operate the sleeve motor (otherwise,
toner will fall from the developing unit).
1. Use the engine checker to drive the sleeve motor. The menu path is BASIC
MENU, DEVICE CHECK, OUTPUT SIGNAL, MOTOR COUNTER, SLEEVE,
START.
2. Ensure that the sleeve motor rotates clockwise and stops (viewed from the back
of the printer, looking at the motors).

Confirming the Magroll Motor Operation

Remove the developing unit when you operate the magroll motor (otherwise,
toner will fall from the developing unit).
1. Use the engine checker to drive the magroll motor. The menu path is BASIC
MENU, DEVICE CHECK, OUTPUT SIGNAL, MOTOR COUNTER,
MAGROLL, START.
2. Ensure that the magroll motor rotates clockwise and stops.

Confirming the Toner Supply Clutch Operation

NOTE: Be sure to install the developing unit before running this test.
1. Use the engine checker to drive the toner supply clutch. The menu path is BASIC
MENU, DEVICE CHECK, OUTPUT SIGNAL, SOLENOID CLUTCH, TONER
SUPPLY, TONER SUPPLY CLUTCH, START.
2. Listen for the toner supply clutch to engage.
