1. Turn the power switch OFF.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Open the printer front upper cover.
4. Obtain a plastic bag in which the developing unit can be placed.
5. Remove the developing unit from the printer. (Refer to page 3–43.)
6. Turn the knob of the toner cartridge counter-clockwise until it stops, then remove
the cartridge from the developing unit.
