1 Enter the extension number.
Extension Language:

2 Save your entry.
Select Enter.
Specify the language for the extension.

English
French
Spanish
Next
Enter
Exit
4 Continue to assign ths language to additional extensions or go to Step 5.
Select Next
5 Save your entry.
Select Enter.
Return to the System Programming menu.

Select Exit two times.
Additional Information
For a single extension, select
Single and go to
Single Extension Procedure.
For a block of extensions, select
Block and go to
Block Procedure.
If no DSS is attached:
SP:
"Entering an Extension"
If DSS is attached:
Toggle the red LED on or
off as required. Go to Step 6.
On = extension language is French.
Off = extension language is English.
Flashing = extension language is Spanish.
= extension entered in Step 1

Select English,
French, or
Spanish.
Return to Step 3 to continue programming. The
next extension will be displayed on Line 1.
