Tape Media Environmental Specifications
The following table lists the specifications for storage temperature and
other environmental requirements for tape media. Do not allow the
temperature and humidity in the storage environment to fluctuate.

Bar Code Label Specifications for Half-Inch Media
The bar code labeling scheme used on Spectra Logic Certified Media uses
the bar code symbology of USS-39. You can obtain a complete description
and definition of which of this symbology from the Automatic
Identification Manufacturers (AIM) specification Uniform Symbol
Specification (USS-39) and the ANSI MH10.8M-1993 ANSI Barcode
specification.
Bar Code Specification Overview
Bar code labels can have alphanumeric characters printed either along the
top edge of the label, above the bar code or along the bottom edge of the
label, below the bar code. See
